Any item may be returned unused and undamaged within 30 days. If the customer decides to return an item, that is undamaged and unused, due to the fact that the customer no longer wants it then the customer must pay the return shipping costs along with a 10% restocking fee.
If the customer receives an item that is damaged or broken the customer must contact SOTT-USA immediately and retain all packaging. The broken or damaged item and packaging must be returned to SOTT-USA so that a claim may be filed with the shipper. SOTT-USA will then pay for the return shipping charges on the damaged or broken items.
If the customer receives an incorrect item due to an error on SOTT-USA’s part then all return shipping charges will be paid by SOTT-USA.
When SOTT-USA has received the returned items, the customer’s card will be credited within 30 days. The customer will receive an email to notify them that the credit has been issued.
